Chris focuses his pro bono efforts int he areas of domestic disputes and immigration law, among other areas.  Recently, Chris represented an Atlanta woman suffering from domestic abuse and assisted her in getting a restraining order from her husband, while the two worked out a divorce settlement.  This representation was part of Advocates Against Violence, the office’s signature project in partnership with the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation. 

Chris also recently represented a divorced woman in family court and assisted her in obtaining back payments for alimony from her ex-husband.  On the immigration side, Chris has successfully represented immigrants from the African nation of Togo in seeking asylum.
