Christopher Skey, Chicago, Litigation Chris is currently a member of the Global Warming Project team through New Perimeter, working to mitigate climate change. Additional current and recent matters include: federal court class action litigation on behalf of Children's Rights/Nebraska Appleseed Center for the Public Interest, appellate and administrative work on behalf of The Newberry Library, federal court litigation on behalf of the Greater Chicago Food Depository, appellate amicus curie work on behalf of the Illinois Coalition Against Domestic Violence, and juvenile defense trial work and policy research through the signature Juvenile Justice Project. Additionally, Chris recently served as an instructor to incoming law students at Northwestern University School of Law, teaching an Introduction to Legal Learning course sponsored by the Chicago Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights Under Law. Chris’ active involvement in a range of public interest and pro bono activities led to his selection as the Chicago Office’s 2006 Pro Bono Senior Associate of the Year.
