David leads a team of attorneys who represent residents of the Armed Forces Retirement Home in Washington, DC in a federal class action seeking improvements in health care provided at the Home. Additionally, David has continued his representation, along with an associate, of a client pursuing guardianship of her niece in DC Superior Court. David has served as the Washington, DC, office pro bono coordinator since 1995.
