Eric Ryan, East Palo Alto, Tax

Eric represents victims of domestic violence in pursuing restraining orders and related issues, such as child custody and visitation rights, with the Legal Aid Society of San Mateo. He recently appeared on a Practicing Law Institute seminar panel, "Protecting Domestic Violence Survivors and Their Children," which was webcast to attorneys throughout California. Eric also represents low-income individuals who have tax disputes with the Internal Revenue Service, and presents a clinic on tax controversy resolution at the Community Legal Services of East Palo Alto.
