Ileana focuses on immigrant and family law matters. Because she is fluent in Spanish, Ileana's clients are primarily Latino, and she has worked with many on a variety of matters. In July 2008, she was recognized by the Texas Lawyer for representing a terminally ill woman in a custody dispute and helping her be reunited with her five year old son before she died.
